Welcome to Airport Sydney transfer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and luxury transportation services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, making a booking, or using any of our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
  • If booking on behalf of a company or group, you have authority to bind that entity

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Services Description

Airport Sydney transfer provides luxury chauffeur and car rental services, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers (arrivals and departures)
  • Hourly chauffeur hire
  • Daily car rental with driver
  • Wedding and event transportation
  • VIP and corporate executive transport
  • Long-distance and intercity travel

All services are subject to vehicle availability. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or superior class when the booked vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

Booking & Reservations

Making a Booking: Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Airport Sydney transfer.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation from us with a reference number. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/dropoff addresses, dates, times, and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from incorrect information.

Flight Tracking: For airport pickups, we monitor flight status. Reasonable wait time is included for delayed flights; excessive delays may incur additional charges.

Meet & Greet: For airport pickups, our driver will wait in the arrivals hall holding a name board unless otherwise agreed.

Payment & Pricing

Pricing: All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash (where agreed). Payment details are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

Additional Charges: The following may result in additional charges:

  • Waiting time beyond the included grace period
  • Tolls, parking fees, and congestion charges
  • Changes to the agreed route or destination
  • Damage to vehicles caused by the client
  • Cleaning fees for excessive mess or soiling

Taxes: All applicable taxes are included in quoted prices unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund — no cancellation fee
  • 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee applies
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation fee (full charge)
  • No-show: Full charge applies with no refund

Modifications: Changes to booking details (date, time, vehicle) must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup and are subject to availability. We will accommodate changes where possible at no additional charge, unless the change significantly impacts cost.

Force Majeure: In exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, government orders, extreme weather), we may offer rescheduling or a credit note at our discretion.

Client Conduct

All passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking or vaping inside any vehicle
  • Consumption of alcohol without prior agreement
  • Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward drivers or staff
  • Carrying illegal substances or weapons
  • Exceeding the maximum passenger capacity of the vehicle
  • Distracting or interfering with the driver during transit

Violation of these rules may result in termination of the journey without refund, and the client will be liable for any resulting costs or damage.

Vehicle Use & Responsibility

Vehicle Care: Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their actions or the actions of their passengers, including but not limited to: spills, stains, breakage, excessive dirt, and intentional damage.

Pets: Animals are permitted only with advance notice and approval. Guide dogs are always welcome.

Luggage: Standard luggage allowances apply per vehicle. Oversized or excessive luggage must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Child Seats: Clients must request child seats at the time of booking. We will make every effort to provide them, but cannot guarantee availability.

Driver Authority: Our drivers have the right to refuse or terminate a journey if they consider the safety of passengers, themselves, or other road users to be at risk.

Limitation of Liability

Airport Sydney transfer shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Missed flights, appointments, or events due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
  • Third-party service failures

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Airport Sydney transfer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
  • Damage caused by you or your passengers to our vehicles or personnel

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Airport Sydney transfer or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our operating jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
